Access EBF on the go! Are you using a mobile device with Internet access? The CSEA Employee Benefit Fund’s (EBF) website, cseaebf.com, is now optimized for mobile use. If you are at a dental or eye appointment and need your EBF ID Number, you can look it up simply by using the “Look up your EBF ID number” tool. You can even have a new ID card sent to you. You can also search for participating providers, download your plan description and claim forms or chat live with an EBF customer service representative. All of these features continue to be available on the cseaebf.com desktop site, which features more information about your benefits than the mobile site, which is designed primarily to allow CSEA EBF members to access the most commonly requested information while on the go. EBF has seen a large increase in visitors to its website, largely because of the increased use of mobile devices. “In order to meet the demands of changing times, we need to use technology to better serve our members,” CSEA President and EBF Chairman Danny Donohue said. “This new mobile service will better position the EBF to meet that challenge. We are proud of the quality of our benefits. This is just one more way of demonstrating that we continually strive to improve services to help our members.” If you don’t have access to a computer or mobile device, you can still have questions answered about your EBF benefits through the fund’s customer service staff.
