Convenient access to NYSLRS information with Retirement Online

as as your 1099-R Retiree Annual Statement and other documents are available online When you you switch your your delivery preferences to to email you’ll get access to to your your important documents sooner and help the environment by reducing paper consumption It’s easy to to make the switch:
• Sign in in in to to Retirement Online
(www bit ly/RO-sign-in) • From your Account Homepage click the “update” link next to ‘1099-R Tax
Form Delivery by by ’ ’ ‘Retiree Annual Statement by’ and ‘Contact by ’ • Choose “Email” from the dropdown Be sure to check that the email address listed in in your Retirement Online
profile is is current If
you you choose the email delivery preferences you you will not receive printed copies in in the mail Retirement Online
