Along with Cooper and
Ryan, Roslyn was pleased to coordinate the event with the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), connecting with Assistant Comptroller Adam Acquario.
OSC’s Deputy Director of Labor Affairs Matthew Martini was point on the ground and happy to meet and greet with the CSEA members.
Also lending support were CSEA Director of Membership Charisse Seneres and Retiree Program Specialist Christine Meehan.
More than 40 members attended the seminar, where they learned detailed information about all retirement tiers.
The group was very engaged and asked many questions, not only for increasing their own knowledge, but for the members back in the workplace.
Our union’s Retiree Division is open to all CSEA members, their spouses or domestic partners, other workers who are part of the New York State and Local Retirement System and retired CSEA staff. If you know an eligible person who is considering retirement, urge them to join our Retiree union!
