At the 112th Annual Delegates Meeting, the Central Region was honored with the

112th ADM: CSEA’s Constitution, By-Laws and Resolutions, as approved
Delegates to CSEA’s 112th Delegates Meeting approved the following change to our union’s Constitution at a second reading, which goes into effect immediately:
• Constitution Article XIII, • Amendments, changed

The delegates also approved the following changes to our union’s By-Laws, which go into effect immediately:
• By-Laws Article II, Meetings, Section 9, as a matter of housekeeping, clarified that
• By-Laws Article VI, Committees, Section 1, eliminated Legal Committee.
Delegates approved the following Resolutions:
• Number 1-22, supporting women’s reproductive rights
