SEA is your union. C
No, CSEA doesn’t simply represent you. It belongs to you
and all of your co-workers and your CSEA brothers and sisters across the state who share in a community of interest.
That shouldn’t be taken for granted. This is a time when the voice of working people is being silenced across the country and the right to participate in a strong union is under attack. Common sense should tell you that’s not good for your pay, benefits and ability to have a say in doing your job.
Your participation in a strong union is the way to counter that.
A strong union is how you amplify your voice and join with others to be heard. You have a personal stake in a better, stronger CSEA.
In this new year, I urge you to think and act on strengthening your connection in CSEA. It will not only build power — it’s the best way to achieve your hopes, dreams and aspirations.
