Crary, who also did a stint in
the U.S. Army, said communication between the Monroe County Department of Environmental Services team, state Department of Transportation employees and local government public works employees New York Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has enhanced their mitigation efforts.
“Our coordinated efforts yield better results and we continue to adapt to whatever comes our way,” Crary said. “We have a great crew here and the result of our work speaks for itself.”
