Capital Region members have ‘S’more’ fun at carnival
CSEA supports Special Olympics New York
LATHAM — On behalf of our union, CSEA Capital Region President Shana Davis recently presented a donation check to Special Olympics New York.
Accepting the check on behalf of Special Olympics New York was athlete Matt Graham.
The nearly $10,000 check represents a portion of ticket sales from CSEA’s Yankees Weekend promotion, where each ticket sold
directed $5 to Special Olympics programs across the state.
Before the check presentation, Graham visited with Davis in our union’s Capital Region Office, where they discussed Graham’s multi- sport athletic interests. Graham displayed recent medals he has won, including a USA Gold Medal he picked up at a powerlifting competition last year in Orlando.
