Travel Coordinator

CSEA is seeking resumes for a Travel Coordinator to work in our downtown Albany, NY headquarters.  The Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Department and makes reservations and travel arrangements for elected officers, members, staff and any ancillary travel partners; helps coordinate travel arrangements for meetings, conferences and conventions; and performs other related duties as assigned, including availability to off site locations.

Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in a related field and three yeas of business experience in travel and/or meeting arrangements OR a High school Diploma or an equivalent and five years of business experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry OR an acceptable combination or related education, training and experience as determined by CSEA.
