On the third annual CSEA Appreciation Day, held May 23, our union publicly recognized members throughout the state for their outstanding service to our communities.
CSEA members are the backbone of our state; the work members do keep New York running every day.
This year, CSEA extended our union’s appreciation efforts to local businesses that rely on union members to thrive.
CSEA officers and activists distributed signs of support to communities’ local businesses to display in support for the work we do.
“CSEA members deserve our highest praise,” CSEA President Mary E. Sullivan said. “Their commitment to our communities through the hard work they do every day has been incredible. We salute them and call on all New Yorkers to appreciate them for their service.”
Here are some of the CSEA Appreciation Day activities across the state.
