Relocating? Be sure to let the EBF know your new address
Moving can be a stressful time. Many people remember to update their addresses with their banks, subscriptions and health insurance.
If your contract includes a CSEA Employee Benefit Fund (EBF) dental, vision or reimbursement benefit, it is important let the EBF know as well. Here are a few reasons why:
Log by entering your EBF ID and your password. Select “Sign in.”
If you don’t know your EBF ID
or have forgotten your password, select those links instead. If you have not created an account, select the “I need to sign up” option at the bottom of the screen.
Once you are in the portal, you will notice a number of options in blue to the right of your account information. Select the option to submit a change of address. Update your address using the fields provided and submit.
A confirmation of your submission will appear in a new pop-up window.
Remember, maintaining the accuracy of your EBF records is the member’s responsibility. The Member Portal makes it easy and convenient, but you may prefer to call EBF’s Member Services department at 800-323-2732.
A visit to EBF’s website, a
quick phone call and the prompt submission of requested forms
and supporting enrollment documentation to the EBF’s Member Services Department can often prevent eligibility and claim errors for you and your dependents.

To ensure that you receive important correspondence from the EBF, including information about changes to your benefits, requests for supporting documentation for eligibility and enrollment and newsletters.
To avoid any delays in receiving benefits. If the EBF does not have your correct address, it may not be able to process your claims or send you your claim payments in a timely manner.
To be sure you receive all applicable information on available retiree benefits and COBRA if you are retiring or leaving service.
How to update your address
Visit cseaebf.com on a computer or mobile device. Select the Member Portal button on EBF’s home page.
