June is Pride Month. Our union strongly supports the LGBTQ+
community, including many CSEA members. Our union will
participate in Pride events across the state.
To celebrate Pride, CSEA is sponsoring several events: Capital
Pride in Albany; Pride at the Plaza in Albany and Rochester Pride.
We encourage you to join in a Pride event in your area.

Metropolitan Region:
June 30: NYC Pride Festival, 11 a.m. Begins 25th St. and 5th
Avenue and ends in Greenwich Village, New York, NY.
Capital Region:
June 9: Capital Pride, Albany. Event from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
June 12: Pride at the Plaza, 7 p.m., Empire State Plaza, Albany.
Central Region:
June 22: CNY Pride, noon, Progress Park, Syracuse.
Western Region:
July 20: Rochester Pride, South Ave to Highland Park, Rochester.
