Members take the plunge for Special Olympics New York
MASSAPEQUA — Cold, damp weather conditions did not stop CSEA Long Island Region members
from “freezin’ for a reason” at the Town
of Oyster Bay Polar Plunge, held at
Tobay Beach, which the town owns and manages.
Before the plunge, the CSEA Region 1 Polar Bears Team was honored for being the highest grossing team fundraisers at the event. The group received a big round of applause when they were presented with their awards.
