Easily search for EBF dental and vision providers
The CSEA Employee Benefit Fund administers negotiated dental, vision and reimbursement benefits for state government employees, Unified Court System employees, and more than 600 local government CSEA units.
Refer to your contract or visit cseaebf.com and use our Benefit Search Tool to find out exactly what EBF benefits you have.
For those CSEA members with EBF benefits, using a participating dental and/or vision provider brings even more value to your membership. Our providers accept our allowances as full payment for covered services saving you money and promoting healthy habits for you and your family (plan limitations, exclusions, and annual maximums apply). Follow these steps to find a participating provider in your area.
Visit cseaebf.com on a computer or smartphone and select Provider Search from the bottom four
buttons. You can scan this QR code with your phone to bring you right to our provider search tool.
Select either dental or vision to get started.
The easiest way to search for a provider is by entering a zip code for the area in which you are looking for a provider.
Select a search radius from 5-100 miles.
Next, select Find Providers.
You will notice your results will show the provider’s address, contact details, and specialties. View a map of the location to see what’s around.
The new export feature allows you to save your search results as a PDF to view or print later.
