licenses ” said Poles “We always have to be on guard Communicating clearly before the exam on exactly what to to expect and to to have the the proper documentation with them beforehand often diffuses a a a lot of of tense situations we we experience In the end we we are just trying to keep ourselves and the traveling public safe ” Lorraine Corcoran a a a a a a a MVLE based in in Buffalo said it’s important for DMV employees to to continue to to document incidents of workplace violence “The only way we can improve health and and safety standards on on the job is by providing necessary feedback about our experiences ” Corcoran said “By being in in a a a a a a a a a union we we have have that power We have have a a a a a a a a voice Hopefully this new policy
