LOS ANGELES — Hundreds of CSEA delegates joined their AFSCME family for AFSCME’s 46th International Convention.

Along with union delegates from across the country, CSEA delegates voted on resolutions and amendments. Delegates also participated in committee meetings and gave committee reports.

Delegates also heard remarks from AFSCME International President Lee Saunders, International Secretary- Treasurer Elissa McBride, AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler and Vice Presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. Presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris addressed delegates by video.

Our International union also re-elected Saunders and McBride unopposed to another term in office. CSEA President Mary E. Sullivan, Executive Vice President Ron Briggs and Metropolitan Region President Lester Crockett were elected as International Vice Presidents.
