PORT WASHINGTON — CSEA members from the Port Washington School District Unit had their union pride on full display as they marched down Main Street during 29th annual Pride in Port Parade.

The Parade is the first of many events the community holds throughout the day that celebrate the Port Washington community.

Members of the Port Washington Unit work in the local schools as custodial, maintenance and transportation workers.

They work hard in their positions and devote an equal amount of effort to ensure that Pride in Port events are successful by volunteering their time to help with the events.

In recognition of their community involvement, last year the Port Washington Unit was named a community honoree at the annual Pride in Port dinner.
