BINGHAMTON — Due to the recent retirement of two of our Region Officers, First Vice President Bob Timpano and Treasurer Kathy Zabinski, Central Region President Colleen Wheaton has appointed two new union activists to fill their positions.
John Brown, who serves as president of our Oneida Educational Local, has been appointed to serve as Region third vice president.
Nicole Meeks, who serves as president of our City of Syracuse Unit and was serving as Chair of our Region Budget Committee, has been appointed to serve as Region treasurer.
Brown and Meeks were officially appointed and sworn in during the Executive Board Meeting held at our Region Fall Conference. Congratulations John and Nicole!
