OXFORD — CSEA hopes to have a strong team of brave union members who will take the Polar Plunge this November into Bowman Lake to help raise money for the athletes of the Special Olympics.

On Saturday, November 4 at 1pm, the CSEA “Southern Peeps” Team, headed up by Team Captain David Lee from Binghamton University Local 648, will take the plunge at Bowman Lake State Park in Oxford to benefit Special Olympics.
