Polar Cap: Central Region
The Central Region once again received at the 107th Annual Delegates Meeting the President’s Polar Cap Award for raising the most money among CSEA regions for the Special Olympics through Polar Plunges. Central Region President Colleen Wheaton accepted the award on behalf of the region.
