sprays water onto the ice rink at the Empire State Plaza in Albany to
prepare for the rink’s opening for the winter season. Greer and his
co-workers play key roles in ensuring that plaza events such as ice skating,
Capitol tours and special events run smoothly, keeping state facilities in top
