Suffolk Educational Local members collect school supplies for children in need

MEDFORD — The generosity of CSEA members knows no bounds.

That was never more evident than at the Suffolk Educational Local 870 office, where local executive board members sorted through the wealth of school supplies that were donated by members who attended the local’s recent annual spring conference.

The donations will be distributed among several Suffolk County school districts. Social workers based at the schools will identify students who are most in need and offer them the school supplies.
