NEW YORK — At our union’s recent Annual Delegates Meeting in New York City, CSEA President Danny Donohue introduced a special surprise video tribute for retiring Central Region President Colleen Wheaton, paying tribute to her 30-year involvement with our union and her ten years as region president. Wheaton received a rousing ovation from delegates.
