City of Newburgh Unit member Chris McGuiness places lighting on the city’s Christmas tree in mid-December. Each year, our members working for the city’s Department of Public Works (DPW) play an integral role in bringing holiday spirit to the city by transporting, setting up and decorating a tree donated by an area resident.
