Congratulations to the CSEA Central Region for receiving this year’s President’s Polar Cap Award, awarded to the CSEA region that raises the most money through Polar Plunges to benefit Special Olympics New York. Our Central Region, led by Central Region President Kenny Greenleaf, raised more than $13,000 for the Special Olympics New York. Statewide, CSEA members raised more than $28,000 through Polar Plunges during the 2019-20 Plunge season. CSEA President Mary E. Sullivan announced the award during the virtual Annual Delegates Meeting.
