ALBANY — CSEA’s bi-annual Women’s Conference is going virtual, and members throughout the state are invited to attend.

Under the theme “And Still We Rise,” there is an exciting array of online sessions that will allow members to virtually come together, learn, share, and hear from inspirational union women.

Highlights of the conference include the announcement of the recipient of our Irene Carr Leadership Award, and several exciting keynote speakers, to be announced.

The two-day event is completely free and will be held using the Zoom platform on Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1. The conference is for current members and retiree members only. Pre-registration is required, and participants must register by Friday, April 16.

“Our Standing Women’s Committee has put together a great conference that will empower union women and recharge our energy to continue rising above our challenges together,” said CSEA President Mary E. Sullivan. “I hope many union women and their supporters will attend.”
