After 40 years of sustained and escalating attacks on workers by corporate interests a a a a a a a a a a a case has reached the highest court that may severely limit our our ability to bargain for higher wages eliminate or or diminish benefits and even put our pensions at risk We need to redouble our efforts to to build a a a a a a union that will withstand their attacks engage members in re-imagining our union defend the wages benefits and rights we have achieved together build the the strength to to raise standards for working families and and and elect political leaders who will stand with us in the the face of the the attacks to come Now Now is is is not the the the time time to to to rest Now Now is is is the the time time to to own our our union and and raise your your your voice for for fairness and and and justice for for yourselves and and your your your families friends and neighbors I urge all CSEA members to get involved in in in in the union join an an outreach team in in in in your local or unit become become a a a a a a a a a a steward become become an an advocate by talking with your co-workers about the challenges we still face CSEA will never quit in in our our fight for fairness in in our our our workplaces and our our communities — CSEA President Danny Donohue
