Peer Trainer Program keeps workers safe These five images show some of what goes on in CSEA’s Peer Training Program, and how it applies to keeping CSEA members safe on the job. In the three images counterclockwise from the left, CSEA peer trainers train other members in confined space work and traffic safety, providing essential knowledge for dangerous work, especially when severe weather hits or other emergencies occur.
