EBF’s Member Portal helps you access benefits
Knowledge is power.
One of the best ways to get the most value out of your CSEA Employee Benefit Fund’s (EBF) dental or vision benefit is to know its features before you visit a provider. Covered services, annual maximums, plan allowances, limitations, covered frames, and lens options are all covered in detail in your dental or vision plan summary descriptions.
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could refer to these plan books when you or your provider have a question about your coverage? Like most people, you probably do not carry your plan books with you wherever you go. Or, do you?
Accessing plan summary descriptions for your plans is easy to do from your phone.
In your phone’s browser, enter our website address: cseaebf.com. Select the Member Portal option towards the top of the screen. Enter your EBF ID and password and tap on “Sign in.”
If you have not created an account, you can easily create one using the blue “I need to sign up” button at the bottom of the screen.
If you do not know your EBF ID, you can easily look it up by tapping on “Look up your EBF ID” option under the first box.
Once signed in, you will see the contact
information we have on file for you, as well as your available benefits. Each benefit has the option to view the plan brochure.
The CSEA Employee Benefit Fund (EBF) administers negotiated dental, vision and reimbursement benefits for New York State
employees, Unified Court System employees and more than 600 local government units, such as counties, towns, villages, school districts and libraries. If you are not sure which EBF benefits you have, check your contract or use our Benefit Search tool on our website.
