GRIEVANCE WORKSHOP
This advanced workshop is designed for CSEA grievance reps who have experience handling grievances and other violations in the workplace. You will learn to:
– Build the union’s power by organizing around grievances
– Identify strong organizing issues
– Develop an effective organizing campaign plan
– Engage co-workers 1-on-1 to build rank-and-file activism and leadership
