CSEA Statewide Secretary Stacey Baldwin Deyo and the CSEA Education and Training Department is presenting Union Secretary Training on April 29, 2026.
This training is designed to provide Local and Unit Secretaries with an overview of their role and responsibilities as officers and leaders.
You will be provided with an overview of: CSEA’s structure, your Constitutional responsibilities, and the basics of Robert’s Rules of Order. Completion of this training meets the mandatory constitutional training requirement for CSEA Local and Unit Secretaries.

Location: CSEA Local 801 Office, 187 Wolf Road, Ste. 300, Albany, NY 12205.
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Light fare will be provided at 5:30 p.m. Training runs from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
This training will be in person. Seats are limited.
