CSEA Statewide Secretary Stacey Baldwin Deyo is presenting Union Secretary Training on April 27, 2026. This training is open to ALL regions.
This training is designed to provide untrained Local and Unit Secretaries with an overview of their role and responsibilities as officers and leaders.
You will be provided with an overview of: CSEA’s structure, your Constitutional responsibilities, and the basics of Robert’s Rules of Order. Completion of this training meets the mandatory constitutional training requirement for CSEA Local and Unit Secretaries.
