On April 20, the State Senate and Assembly will vote on State Budget Extender #5, which funds the state through April 22 and ensures paychecks for those on the Administration payroll are on time. In addition, the legislation includes $101M to make payroll for employees of the Judiciary.
The Legislature is set to pass another extender this Wednesday to keep government open.
