116th Annual Delegates Meeting
From October 5–9, 2026, delegates from across the state gathered New York City under this year’s theme, Your Voice Builds Our Power. This year’s meeting also served as a Constitutional Convention, where delegates conducted the business of our union, considered proposed amendments to CSEA’s Constitution and Bylaws, and participated in a variety of educational workshops.
