Welcome to CSEA’s 116th Annual Delegates Meeting!
Join us October 5–9, 2026, in New York City as delegates from across the state gather under this year’s theme, Your Voice Builds Our Power. This year’s meeting also serves as a Constitutional Convention, where delegates will conduct the business of our union, consider proposed amendments to CSEA’s Constitution and Bylaws, and participate in a variety of educational workshops.
