The workers in the middle class are suffering; wages are being cut, benefits denied. Without a Union, management dictates the rules in the workplace and they can change those rules anytime they want with NO input from workers. Without a Union, workers have no say in the working conditions, pay, benefits or anything else at work.

Union members stand together and have a united voice in EVERYTHING at work.

Workers hold the power to turn it around through organizing a Union. United, we gain bargaining power. Power to make lasting changes in our working lives and raise standards at work and in our communities.

We know the right to a union is YOUR choice, not management’s. Building a union and building strength among workers, builds power.
