When our nursing home was privatized, staying with CSEA was a priority. Having the support and resources of CSEA behind us helped us stay positive. Always believe in yourself and the work we are doing to help others. I am proud to be a CSEA union member helping to improve working conditions for my coworkers and improving the employer/employee relationship.
