PEOPLE is a voluntary CSEA and AFSCME program where participating members contribute funds
which are then used to advance CSEA’s agenda at the local, state and federal levels. This includes education programs, lobbying efforts, and supporting candidates running for office.

It is important to note that union dues cannot be used in any federal campaign. Therefore, all federal campaigns are funded by voluntary contributions through the PEOPLE program.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PEOPLE Rewards Points Expiring March 1, 2024
As you may know, the AFSCME PEOPLE Rewards website has been down for some time. During the pandemic, AFSCME lost many of their USA/union-made vendors and the website’s security certificate was out of date, which caused the issues.
Going forward, AFSCME is transitioning away from rewards points. PEOPLE members will have until March 1, 2024, to redeem your current points, with new merchandise available. Here is the login information for accessing your account to redeem your points:
Logging in:
- Click on this link to access the store: www.afscmepeoplerewards.com
- Click “sign in” on the top right of the page
- Sign in with your username and password. If this is your first login, use the email address and password AFSCME2023.
Once you are logged in, you should see “My Account” with your points credit where the sign in button was located.
Setting your password:
- Hover over “My Account” and click on “Account” in the drop-down menu.
- Click on “Edit Profile”
- You will then be able to change your general information, billing information, and shipping information, as well as your password. Scroll down and hit “save” for any changes made.
Click on the “AFSCME PEOPLE” logo to be redirected to the home page to start shopping.
