CSEA Communications Department staff honored for 2022 Work Force work

CSEA Communications Department staff were honored by the International Labor Communications Association (ILCA) in its 2023 Labor Media Award Contest,

Our union received five awards in the contest, which honors 2022 print, digital and broadcast work from unions across the United States and Canada.

CSEA received the following awards:

1st Place – Writing – Best Series, “Summer: Brought to you by CSEA members”

CSEA Communications Specialists Jessica Ladlee, David Galarza, Madison Ruffo, Therese Assalian and Wendi Bowie were honored with a 1st Place Award for Best Series for “Summer: Brought to you by CSEA members,” which appeared in the June and July-August 2022 editions of The Work Force. The series covered various types of work our union members do to provide fun, affordable summer activities.
