Do you want fair pay, strong benefits, a voice at work, safe working conditions and retirement security?

Do you want to be part of something that is bigger than yourself and strong enough to never quit?

As a union woman, you may say, ‘Of course I do!’

Many of these goals are things that CSEA and other union women have been fighting for over many years, but they are goals that ALL of our sisters and brothers — in the Labor Movement and beyond — need.

While the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on the Friedrichs case is a short-term victory for working people, this case is not over. In fact, this case was only one factor in a long line of sustained, relentless attacks on working people and everything we have worked to achieve.

That’s why all working women — and men — need to stand together. We are facing many threats, but when we stand strong and Never Quit, great things can happen

CSEA activists and staff are traveling across the state visiting homes and work sites to speak with our members one-by-one about the importance of individual commitment to a better, more powerful union. We want to know what is important to you and how we can make our union stronger and better.
