The Capital District Retirees Local recently awarded its 8th annual Tony Muscatiello Scholarships to four children and grandchildren of local members: Maxine Cunniff (granddaughter of Walter Cunniff), Austin T. Freer (grandson of Susan Freer), Maria Piscitella (granddaughter of Mary Bevevino) and Daniel von Schilgen (son of Christopher von Schilgen).
