It was just one of many hands-on skills building programs helping CSEA leaders address workplace challenges. My Union, Your Union, Our Tomorrow CSEA’s recent Annual Delegates Meeting provided opportunity to recognize excellence and achievement in advocating for working people. Three individuals were recognized with the CSEA Mission Achievement Award; Tyreck Douglas of the Poughkeepsie City School District (pictured with President Danny Donohue), Don Lynskey of the NYS Unified Court system and Migdalia Perry of the Fulton Center Nursing facility. Judi Knight of Erie County and Lynne Kramer of Nassau County were recognized with the union’s top awards for organizing — the Nadra Floyd and Membership Achievement Awards, respectively.
