Join your CSEA family as we raise money for Special Olympics athletes at the Town of Brookhaven Polar Plunge.
Last year, Region One raised over $20k for Special Olympics athletes through member participation and donations to the polar plunge events in Cedar Beach and Oyster Bay, with the later taking place in late March.
Special Olympics New York provides year-round sports training to individuals with developmental disabilities. The organization aims to use sports as a tool to encourage inclusion for those with intellectual disabilities into our larger society.
What: Polar Plunge
Where: Cedar Beach – Mount Sinai
When: Saturday, November 23, 2024
Time: Registration: 9:30 a.m. Plunge: 11:30 a.m.
