Workers' Compensation

If you are injured on the job or suffer from a work related illness, FOA will help you file the necessary paperwork to establish your claim at the Workers’ Compensation Board and an attorney will provide legal representation for your case. You will also be assigned a legal assistant who will be your day-to-day phone/computer contact for any Workers’ Compensation questions related to your case. There is no attorney’s fee payable by you unless an award is made by the Workers’ Compensation Board.
