"Taking Care of Business" Plan
The Taking Care of Business Plan (formerly known as the Elder Law Plan) has been created to provide you and your family access to expert attorneys, who specialize in the area of elder law, estate planning, trusts, and advanced dirrectives (health care proxy, power of attorney, etc.), as low, affordable rates.
CSEA Legal Services Program
With our consolidated CSEA LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAM, you can rest well, knowing that you will have quality legal representation at no out of pocket cost or, where there are fees, at pre-published discounted fees known by you beforehand.
Injury Matters
The CSEA Legal Department oversees the Legal Services Program and has endorsed the statewide law firm of Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP (FOA) to represent members for these injury-related matters:
