Field Operations Department

Field Operations represents and advocates for CSEA members whether you are employed by a municipality, NY State or in the private sector. Our mission is to engage and empower CSEA Members!

We work with CSEA activists, members and staff to develop and deliver programs and resources which improve members lives on and off the job.

Whether it be negotiating bargaining agreements and protecting your rights under those agreements and law, providing additional benefits outside of those agreements, explaining the value of being a union workers, offering educational and training programs for members and activists, fighting for safe and healthy work places or protecting and advancing Retiree rights; Field Operations works alongside members and activists every day to improve working conditions and the quality of life for all CSEA members.
