Thanks for visiting our Region web page! CSEA’s Central Region is our union’s largest geographical Region, advocating on behalf of about 45,000 active and retired workers in 20 Counties throughout Northern NY, Central NY, the Finger Lakes, the Mohawk Valley and the Southern Tier.
City of Fulton Unit reaches new contract through unity, accountability
Schimpff: ‘We are THAT union’
FULTON — Tom Schimpff has only been the City of Fulton Unit president for eight months, but in that time, he has been key to raising the level of accountability and unity of the city workforce to new heights.
This solidarity culminated in an impressive speech to the city’s common council, as well as a contract victory that will benefit workers for years to come.

Proceeds to benefit Special Olympics NY. July 20th at Touch of Texas in Binghamton. Doors open @ noon; bags fly @ 1 p.m. OPEN TO MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC. $40 per team pre-registration, $60 per team day of, $10 general admission. Rome Honor America Days Parade
