Grievance Representative and Shop Steward Information

Information for NYS Local Presidents

Local Presidents can view their Local’s currently appointed and trained (eligible to be appointed) grievance representatives and shop stewards online.  After logging into the CSEA website, click on the following link: Officer Resources and it will bring you to the “Officer Resources” page.  After you follow that link, click on the “MY CSEA” on the left hand side of the webpage, this is where you will be able to view all of your current information related to grievance representatives/shop stewards.  If you wish to make any changes to this information (additions and/or deletions), please download a copy of theVIP Grievance Representative/Shop Steward Form and either fax or mail it to the address listed.  Please remember that only those grievance representatives or shop stewards who have attended the required trainings can be appointed to these positions.  If you have any questions, please email the Contract Administration Department with your preferred method of contact and we will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
